Information is collected from Customers by Hydradermabrasion through the use of the Hydradermabrasion site. This Privacy Statement applies only to information collected by Hydrapeel. Privacy Policy CERTIFICATION Hydradermabrasion complies with the United States, Canadian, and EU Safe Harbor framework as set forth by the Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of data from the European Union. In order to provide you with information regarding products of interest to you and to continually improve your shopping experience with hydradermabrasion.com, we collect information about our Customers in a variety of ways. Information provided in e-mail requests and communications. Currently, we only take ordering information via the phone – there is no online collection of ordering 2. Automatic Collection. Cookies A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies on this site. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site. We use session ID cookies. We use session cookies to make it easier for you to navigate our site. A session ID cookie expires when you close you browser. Hydradermabrasion does not use individually identifiable health information that may be collected in our discussion groups for marketing purposes. * d. For billing purposes, to facilitate transactions and to fill Customer orders in connection with purchases of products offered by HydraPeel * f. For the specific purpose for which the information was provided. D. HOW DOES Hydradermabrasion COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS? HydraPeel would like to communicate with its Customers when we have new products or services we feel are of special interest to you. Unless you opt-out of communications from HydraPeel, you will receive the following types of communications: * a. Special Offers and Updates. We will send Hydradermabrasion Customers a welcome e-mail to verify your participation in the HydraPeel products and services we offer. Established Customers will occasionally receive information on products, services and special deals or coupons. Out of respect for the privacy of our Customers, we present the option to not receive these types of communications. Please see the Choice/Opt- out section. * b. Customer Service. We communicate with Customers on a regular basis to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account, we reply via e-mail or phone, in accordance with the Customer's wishes. Service emails are not promotional in nature; therefore, generally there is no option to opt-out of receiving these communications. E. WHAT INFORMATION IS SHARED WITH THIRD PARTIES? Information about our customers is an important part of our business. Hydradermabrasion does not sell, rent, or disclose any personally identifiable information to third-parties in ways other than described here: We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site. F. SECURITY The following outlines different types of security procedures Hydradermabrasion has in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of the information collected online and offline. 1. Authorization and Access Control Only authorized personnel have access to restricted data. Access to sensitive data such as customer financial information and individually identifiable health information is revoked in a timely manner for employees who change function or resign. 2. Data Management and Monitoring All employees of Hydradermabrasion are informed of the company's security policies. Hydradermabrasion new hires are briefed on security and privacy issues and the security policies are also covered in the employee manual. Hydradermabrasion departments review security measures at regular department meetings. Security and privacy threats, operational and technical vulnerabilities have been assessed and countermeasures have been taken to reduce these vulnerabilities. New threats are consistently evaluated and measures are taken to prevent them from occurring at Hydradermabrasion. In addition, a security firewall screens access events and non-valid attempts are denied and logged. More stringent countermeasures are being implemented by Hydradermabrasion’ security administrator on a continuous basis. G. LINKING Hydradermabrasion may offer links to other Web sites. Please be aware that Hydradermabrasion is not responsible for the privacy practices of such linked sites, including sites of our partners. We encourage our Customers to be aware of this when they leave Hydradermabrasion.com and to read the privacy statements of each and every Web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by Hydradermabrasion. I. CHILDREN Hydradermabrasion does not sell products for purchase by children. We may sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use Hydradermabrasion only with involvement of a parent or guardian. J. CHOICE/OPT OUT Hydradermabrasion gives Customers the ability to opt-out of receiving any further communications from Hydradermabrasion by replying to unsubscribe in the subject line via e-mail at support@hydradermabrasion.com. The Customer’s contact information will be then deleted from our database and no further e-mails will be sent to this Customer. You may also call us at 1-866-766-0639 instead. K. ACCESSING AND CHANGING INFORMATION To assure that the information collected is accurate and up-to-date, Hydradermabrasion allows Customers to edit, update, and/or remove their information submitted to the Hydradermabrasion's Web site. Customers may e-mail Hydradermabrasion at support@hydradermabrasion.com or call Customer Services at 1-866-766-0639 Those who have their contact information listed on the site as a Hydradermabrasion operator can have their contact information removed from the site by e-mailing support@hydradermabrasion.com or call Customer Services at 1-866-766-0639 during regular business hours in order to make edits to or have their information deleted. We will respond to your access request within 1-2 business days. L. NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES Hydradermabrasion reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Statement at any time.
